Services

At present Moldavian Airlines operates scheduled routes to Budapest (Hungary) and to Timisoara (Romania). Charter flights are also organized to different destinations, such as Antalya, Bucharest, Debrecen and Lisbon.

Moldavian Airlines Ground Handling Department started its activity in September 2000. Prime objectives are: safety on ground, punctuality of the operation, and the comfort and satisfaction of clients. These objectives are achieved by using new and adequate GSE, plus continuously well-trained, qualified and friendly personnel. Moldavian Airlines’ Ground Handling Department offers a wide range of ground services at International Airport Chisinau for both General Aviation and Schedule Aviation, such as:

Representation and accommodation
Contact with local authorities, support in obtaining traffic rights, airport slots, contact with third party providers, etc.

VIP Services
VIP Lounge, VIP Service for passengers and Crew accommodation, VIP limousines, best hotel accommodation, transfer to/from hotel, according to customer requirements.

Passenger and baggage handling
EDP Check-in with well-trained, qualified, and multi-lingual staff e.g. English, Romanian, Italian, German, French and Russian.

Special services requiring passengers
Professional services are provided to VIPs, unaccompanied minors and PRM passengers using appropriate GSE.

Cargo and mail handling
Cargo and mail processing, cargo loading and off-loading, coordinating with third parties, cargo documentation, liaison with customs, warehousing and cargo storage, dangerous goods processing, export, import, tracing of lost & found cargo and mail.

Lost and found
Tracing of mishandled luggage quickly and professionally through the TTY World Tracer System.

Moldavian Airlines has its own Catering Department
