Currently, the airline offers year-round daily flights (ex. weekends) to Hanover, Gothenburg, and Stavanger. In summer, there are weekly flights from Innsbruck and Graz to Olbia in Sardinia and from Innsbruck to Nice. In winter Welcome Air flies from Innsbruck to Antwerp and Rotterdam.

Over the past three decades, Tyrol Air Ambulance, the Welcome Air subsidiary, has transported over 30,000 injured passengers home from all continents.
