Services

As of June 2008 AeroSur offers the following services:

• Domestic scheduled destinations are Cobija, Cochabamba, La Paz, Puerto Surez, Santa Cruz (El Trompillo and Viru Viru), Sucre, Tarija.
• International scheduled destinations are Asuncin, Buenos Aires, Cusco, Tucumán, Salta and So Paulo. Aerosur also serves Miami and Madrid through a wet lease with Ryan International Airlines respectively.

On 05 April 2009 AeroSur started operating a direct flight from Miami, Florida to Cochabambas international airport. A Boeing 767-200 with a seating capacity for 200 passengers was chosen for this route. The non-stop flight leaves MIA at 23.30 on Sundays and arrives in Cochabamba at 05.30 the next day after a six hour flight. Passengers travelling from Cochabamba to Miami do not have the luxury of non-stop flights as a change of aircraft in Santa Cruz is necessary. This leads to a journey time of just over eight and a half hours. AeroSur has scheduled the new service to allow passengers to connect to onward destinations in South America and the USA.
