Since November 2009 Windrose passengers can reserve their seats in a plane’s cabin at the ticket purchase office. This service is free, and is valid for all flights of the company. Customers can as well order special diet meals for free, while booking their flight.
E-tickets can be bought on Windrose Aviation’s website. Through a Life Chat customers can:

• change time/date of flight
• change their service class

The airline’s service classes are Business, Premium Economy and Economy Class. Business Class passengers check-in and board separately. With check-in Business Class passengers are handed over in invitation to the comfortable business-hall of the airport.
