Web check-in is available

• 30 hours up until approx. 2 hours before departure
• for all e-ticket bookings (valid e-ticket), irrespective of whether the booking was made online, via a travel agent or the Service Centre
• for all individual or group bookings (up to 11 persons), provided that all those travelling together have given their consent.

If the Web Check-in service is not available passengers should proceed to the nearest check-in counter at the airport.

The airberlin MMS Check-in allows managing the entire check-in process quickly and easily by mobile. Customers need to have an MMS-capable mobile phone, as well as a German or Austrian mobile network. The airline will send the boarding pass – in the form of a barcode – directly to the mobile using the MMS facility.

At the airport passengers can go straight to the departure gate and have the barcode scanned in from the display on their mobile phone. They must use the designated baggage drop-off desks or the check-in desks if they would like to check in baggage.
