Issuing Hahn Air e-Tickets
Your flights are booked and the Galileo booking is complete? Well done.
You are about to issue a Hahn Air e-Ticket? Good.
Before doing so, we suggest that you quickly review your booking once again using ourGalileo Quick Card or by following the checklist below:
- Are the respective flights to be issued labelled with E indicator (E)? They should be. However, Galileo enables e-ticket issuance even for segments without any E indicator.
- Have you booked any infant? If so, does the respective partner airline accept any e-ticket with infants? Please check with the airline directly (e.g. consulting GIS pages of the respective airline).
- Is at least the first booked segment confirmed (HK)?
- Have you correctly priced the flight segments with Hahn Air (FQ/CHR/ET)?
- Have you selected 0% commission for the HR ticket (TMU_Z0)?
- Check again that HR is selected as the validating carrier. If not, reprice or use the command (TMU_CHR).
- If FOP is a credit card, does Hahn Air support this card in your market
(GC*HR > GP*10)?
So far so good?
Then go ahead and issue your Hahn Air e-ticket using TKP as usual.

Availability of Hahn Air e-tickets in Your Market
Hahn Air e-tickets are available in all BSP/ARC markets with a few exception.
To check whether Hahn Air e-tickets are available in your market, please use Galileo entry [ CGET ].
Airlines Eligible for Hahn Air e-Ticketing
Hahn Air acts as the ticketing airlines for more than 200 airlines worldwide - and we are adding new partners continuously. To get the complete up-to-date list of airlines, use Galileo entry [ DT/IAT/DISHR ].
Please note that standard BPS priority rules regarding the selection of ticketing airlines shall be followed in all circumstances.
For more information on this, please use the "Quick Check" tool in the top right-hand corner of this webpage or remember the following two rules of thumb:
- Hahn Air shall be selected as the ticketing airline if the respective partner airline is not a BSP member in your market.
- Hahn Air shall be selected as the ticketing airline if the interline combination in the itinerary can't be otherwise issued due to missing interline e-ticketing between respective airlines - regardless of their BSP membership status in your market.
Flights Eligible for Hahn Air e-Ticketing
Flights to be issued on Hahn Air e-tickets should be labelled with an "E".
However, Galileo no longer makes this check for the E indicator if Hahn Air e-tickets are to be issued.
Passenger Eligibility for Hahn Air e-Ticketing
All partner airlines have their own e-ticketing rules. Some, for example, do not allow unaccompanied minors to be issued on an e-ticket. Here at Hahn Air, we actually do support the issuance of e-tickets for all passenger types. But if our partner airline does not, we will always follow their rules.
You can try to find this information on GIS pages of the respective airline [ GC*XX ]. Alternatively, you can either contact the airline directly or ask the Hahn Air service desk.
Segments Eligible for Hahn Air e-Ticketing
Each booked segment should be flagged with an "E".
You can check flight segments for their e-ticket eligibility using Galileo command
[ TTXXCCC/16DEC ] where:
- XX stands for airline
- CCC stands for flight number
Each booked segment should be flagged with an "E" at the end.
At the very last, at the very first segment in your itinerary to be issued on Hahn Air must be confirmed by the repective airline, i.e. it must have HK status. The others can either be confirmed, remain open or waitlisted.
Please note that no passive segments are supported in general.
Fares Eligible for Hahn Air e-Ticketing
Hahn Air e-tickets may be issued for any kind of fare, provided the applicable fare rules doesn't forbid issuance on Hahn Air.
To check the rules applicable for the selected fare, use Galileo entry [ FD01MAY09AAABBB/XX ]
- AAA stands for departure airport
- BBB stands for arrival airport
- XX stands for airline
Then select the relevant Fare Notes, e.g. [ FN*1/ALL ]
Please double-check that it has been priced with Hahn Air as the ticketing airline to make sure that all fees and charges are calculated correctly [ FQ/CHR/ET ].
Also be aware that any violation of the fare rules may result in the passenger being excluded from transportation and/or in ADM proceeding.
Form of Payment (FOP)
Hahn Air supports the following forms of payment worldwide:
- Cash
- Invoice
- Misc
Credit cards (Mastercard, Visa, UATP) are widely supported too.
To check which cards are available in your market, use Galileo command [ GC*HR ], then [ GP*10 ] to get to the appropriate information page.
Ticket Number Notification
Always make sure that the airlines receive ticket numbers to avoid possible cancellation. You can obtain each airline's procedure for ticket notification by using Galileo command [ GC*200/5/XX ].
Example: [ SI.P1S1-2/TKNM*1691234567890 ]
Still in trouble? Check the following:
- Have you inserted the correct FOP, commission and validating carrier?
- Double check whether one of the booked flights is not operated by some other airline which Hahn Air doesn't have any interline agreement with (codeshare scenario)?
- Do you have an airline vendor locator in your PNR?
- Have you tried to issue with and without a FOID with e.g. passenger's passport number?
- Do you have other airlines in the same reservation? If so, remove all FOID and frequent flyer numbers before trying to issue.
- Contact your local Hahn Air service desk for further assistance.
