To give testimony to its commitment to innovation, Hahn Air has introduced a new executive department, Research and Development (R&D). The team is led by long-standing Hahn Air executive Mathieu Montmessin. It analyses new technologies, fosters innovation and broadens Hahn Air’s product portfolio by generating new revenue streams and sales channels.
Hahn Air Technologies would like to inform travel agents using Amadeus and Sabre about its new partner, Eastern Airways. The British airline is now available for ticketing under the X1 code, which enhances their ticketing options for flights throughout England and to Ireland, Isle of Man, Scotland, Spain and Wales.
Cambodia Airways signed an interline agreement with Hahn Air to enhance its indirect distribution channel with sales via Sabre and TravelSky. Travel agents using these two GDSs can book the new partner under its own KR code and issue tickets on the HR-169 document.
Hahn Air is regrouping its departments supporting partner airlines, travel agencies and the global distribution systems (GDS) into the new commercial and operation divisions. The new divisions also include communications and marketing as well as IT support. The set-up allows the company to further increase business results for its more than 350 partner airlines and over 100,000 travel agency partners while taking advantage of synergies for internal and external support.
Due to the extraordinary circumstances caused by the spread of the Coronavirus, Hahn Air Lines has decided to suspend its scheduled connections between Düsseldorf and Luxembourg until 27th April 2020.
