Hahn Air Systems announced that the services of Air Timor, its first H1-Air partner from Singapore, are available in all major GDSs under the H1 two-letter code.
The German scheduled airline Hahn Air introduced Eastern Airlines as its new interline partner. By joining Hahn Air’s platform, Eastern Airlines enhanced its indirect distribution capability to now include HR-169 ticketing in the Amadeus GDS.
The South American carrier Emetebe Airlines has chosen Hahn Air Technologies’ X1-Air product to enhance its distribution strategy. Available in Amadeus and Sabre GDSs for the first time, Emetebe Airlines can be booked worldwide under the X1 code and issued on the Hahn Air insolvency-safe HR-169 ticket. Standard GDS reservation and ticketing process applies.
Hahn Air Technologies expanded the list of X1-Air partners available in two major GDSs under the X1 code with a regional carrier from the Caribbean, Divi Divi Air. The Curaçao-based airline named after the local Divi-divi tree can now be booked in Amadeus and Sabre via the standard reservation process and issued on Hahn Air’s insolvency-safe HR-169 ticket via the standard ticketing process.
Hahn Air is celebrating the milestone of 40 million insolvency-safe tickets sold. The figure counts tickets issued since 2010 when Hahn Air introduced the free ticket insurance Securtix®. The insurance guarantees reimbursement if a flight issued on an HR-169 ticket with any of Hahn Air’s more than 350 partner airlines is cancelled due to insolvency of the operating carrier.
