Hahn Air announces that all tickets issued by its Group Department are now protected by Securtix®, Hahn Air’s comprehensive insolvency insurance coverage.
In the event of a flight cancellation due to insolvency of the respective operating airline, Hahn Air guarantees to refund the unused part of each ticket issued by its Group Department and provides reimbursement for any additional costs. The reimbursement* covers the difference between the initial ticket price and the new ticket price, meals and hotel accommodation as well as extras, such as transfers and phone calls.
All claims relating to group tickets are handled by Hahn Air’s Group Department under groups@hahnair.com. Hahn Air’s Securtix®, introduced in 2012, is available at no extra cost. *For more information about the service and for conditions, please visit www.hahnair.com.
