Hahn Air, a German scheduled airline specialised in distribution services for other airlines, announces the 1,000th registration for HR e-Payment, the newly launched UATP-based payment solution exclusively designed for travel agencies. Introduced in November 2014, it can be used to pay for HR-169 tickets in all GDSs in 85 countries.
“We are extremely pleased with the vast acceptance of HR e-Payment within the travel agency community”, says Kimberley Long-Urbanetz, Head of Distribution at Hahn Air. “We believe this is due to the many benefits linked to our payment solution, for example the insolvency insurance Securtix® for all HR-169 documents, the 14 days refund promise and the 24 hours support via our Global Service Desk. To top it all off, agents do not need any bank guarantee or security deposit to apply for HR e-Payment and they will also save the bank charges that come with many other payment methods.”
In addition, travel agencies earn up to two Rooster Points of Hahn Air’s Rewards Programme for each US Dollar or Euro paid with HR e-Payment. Collected Points will be automatically converted into a credit on the agency’s HR e-Payment account: For each block of 100 Rooster Points, the agency will receive 1 Euro or 1 Dollar, depending on the original currency of payment.
To benefit from HR e-Payment, the Rooster Rewards Programme and other exclusive services, travel agencies need to become part of Hahn Air’s network of HR Ticketing Centres. The registration process can be entered at www.hahnair.com.
