Hahn Air promotes Ralf Masermann to the newly-created position of Vice President TMC (Travel Management Companies). With this global role, the scheduled German airline and leading provider of distribution services for air, rail and shuttle partners, responds to the increasing role that TMCs have in the corporate travel buying process.
Ralf Masermann will assume the responsibility of promoting Hahn Air’s TMC communications with key accounts, including maintaining relationships with the main players in the travel industry. Based at Hahn Air’s head office in Dreieich, he will work together with the Global Account Management team and conduct research projects to support the market strategies.
Since 2009, Ralf Masermann has served as Hahn Air’s Director Global Account Management and gained vast experience as the central point of contact for travel agents in Europe, Asia and Australasia. There he created awareness for the Hahn Air brand within the travel trade as well as informed and trained agencies in ticketing of more than 300 air, rail and shuttle partners on the HR-169 documents. He has also managed local Service Partners to ensure that they are able to support and advise the local travel agencies on behalf of Hahn Air.

With over 33 years of experience in the airline industry, Ralf has held various sales and key account management positions with renowned airline companies like Northwest Airlines, Finnair and Jet Airways as well as the airline network One World Alliance.
