Germany, Pick Up Cessna Citation Sovereign, July 2016

Benjamin Türke and Katharina Klein from our Flight Operations team made their way to Wichita, Kansas on 24th July to pick up and fly Hahn Air Line's newest fleet member, the Cessna Citation Sovereign jet, back home to Düsseldorf.

Up until now the new jet, ordered in May at the European Business Aviation Convention and Exhibition (EBACE) in Geneva, had been receiving upgrades at the Textron Aviation Wichita Service Center. The jet is now fully equipped with an avionics upgrade, an interior refurbishment and a fresh coat of paint to match the rest of Hahn Air Line's sophisticated fleet.

The two made it back to Düsseldorf safely on 26th  July after making two stops in Goose Bay, Canada and Reykjavik, Iceland for refueling and customs reasons. They are now in preparation to get the aircraft licensed to fly commercially for Hahn Air Lines.
