Mexican low-fare airline and Hahn Air Systems’ partner Volaris launched “Vale”, a chatbot platform powered by one of HR Ventrues’ partners Caravelo. As the industry’s first fully transactional chatbot, Vale will enhance travellers’ experience by offering real-time Volaris inventory sales and servicing through the Facebook messenger system. This ultimately allows a new level of personalisation and makes Volaris’ services bookable in the most user-friendly way around the clock.
