Participation in the digital “Advent Calendar” and lucky draw.
Chance to win a gift card from GoGift every day from December 1st until December 24th.
Preface
Hahn Air Lines GmbH, hereafter referred to as Hahnair, is organising the digital “Advent Calendar” competition and subsequent lucky draw. Owners and employees of travel agencies, hereafter referred to as “the winner” or “travel consultant”, can participate every day from December 1st until December 24th, 2024, in the digital “Advent Calendar” available on the Hahnair website. Travel consultants can participate by virtually opening a door. After registering, they automatically enter the lucky draw for this day with the chance to win a gift card from GoGift, which is given in this period to one lucky winner per day.
Please note: The Advent Calendar follows Central European Time (CET).
I. Organiser
The “Advent Calendar” is organised by Hahn Air Lines GmbH, An der Trift 65, 63303 Dreieich, Germany. Hahnair is the recipient of all information and messages that will be provided. Any questions, comments or complaints should be addressed to Hahnair at ccm@hahnair.com.
II. Participation
The online competition and participation in it are subject to these Terms and Conditions of Participation. By participating in the “Advent calendar”, the participant acknowledges and accepts the Terms and Conditions of Participation as binding.
The “Advent Calendar” is open to employees of travel agencies who confirm that the owner of the agency has granted permission to participate and has accepted the Terms and Conditions. Only employees of travel agencies who are of legal age may participate in the online competition.
The online competition is only aimed at travel agencies from countries where this online competition and lucky draw are considered legal. The participants declare that participation in the online competition does not violate the laws of their country. If the travel agency is based in a country where online competition is illegal under local law, the employees may not participate in the draw. Travel consultants who attempt to manipulate or interfere with the online competition in any way, or who do not comply with the Terms and Conditions of Participation will immediately be excluded from participating in the lucky draw. Once the participant has submitted their personal data for registration by clicking the ‘submit’ button on the website, the participant also automatically agrees to the Terms and Conditions of Participation.
III. Winners and prizes, use of the gift card
Each day during the period the “Advent Calendar” initiative is running, a winner will be drawn from all participants who have registered that day.
The winner of the lucky draw will receive a gift card from GoGift which varies every day in brand and value. The gift card can be used in the winner’s country. The terms and the conditions of the gift card and the information on how to redeem the gift card will be shared with the winner in the email notification.
The prize cannot be transferred to third parties or redeemed for cash.
IV. Announcing the winners, no entitlement to win
The winner will be notified about the prize and details of how to redeem the gift card in a timely manner (1-3 days). The winner will also be announced on the website and on social media channels.
With their participation in the competition, the winner has given consent to publish their name, travel agency’s name, and place of the agency’s location (city and country) in Hahnair`s newsletters, on the website, social media channels (www.hahnair.com, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram etc.) and campaigns.
Hahnair reserves the right to modify or replace the prize at any time, at its discretion, until the validity period expires and without further notice. There is no guaranteed entitlement to win a prize.
V. Data Protection
Within the context of the implementation of the „Advent Calendar“, the disclosure of personal data is voluntary. Participants are aware, however, that participation requires the disclosure of certain personal information. Information given within the context of the „Advent Calendar“ will be treated confidentially and in accordance with statutory data protection provisions. The data will be collected by Hahnair in connection with the „Advent Calendar“ and used only for this purpose. The data collected in the context of the „Advent Calendar“ will serve exclusively to identify the participating travel consultant and agency and will not be used for any other purpose. Data will not be transmitted to third parties, if this is not necessary for the implementation and execution of the „Advent Calendar“. Participants are aware and consent that, to carry out the „Advent Calendar“, a data exchange might be carried out between Hahn Air Lines GmbH, its sister companies and its parent company Saspo Holding GmbH. Participants hereby authorize Hahn Air Lines GmbH and its aforementioned affiliates to exchange such data and to use and process the data. In the context of the „Advent Calendar“, participants have declared their agreement with the collection, processing and use of their personal data. Participants may revoke their consent at any time by sending an e-mail to ccm@hahnair.com. With the revocation, however, their participation in the „Advent Calendar“ ends automatically.
VII. Disclaimer, miscellaneous
The participation in the „Advent Calendar“ is aimed solely at IATA travel agencies and travel consultants, not at consumers. Participants are not entitled to a credit or a prize. These Terms and Conditions of Participation are stored by the organiser and can be read or downloaded at any time during the duration of the „Advent Calendar“. The „Advent Calendar“ and the Terms and Conditions of Participation are subject to the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany with the exclusion of the rules and regulations of Private International Law and the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. The place of fulfilment is Dreieich, Germany. The Civil Court of Darmstadt, Germany, is the exclusive place of jurisdiction for any claims or disputes arising out of or in connection with the online competition and/or these Terms and Conditions of Participation.
