Your Impact
We are looking for an experienced Fare Distribution and Pricing Manager (all genders) with extensive knowledge in airline fare management systems, particularly ATPCO Fare Distribution and Global Distribution Systems (GDS). Your expertise will be crucial in analyzing fare structures, managing complex fare rules, and ensuring our pricing remains competitive and aligned with market dynamics. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Providing consulting to our internal commercial teams and/or external partner carriers
- Analyze fare and rules structures to optimize pricing strategies
- Advising on general rules, footnotes, fare families, and PCC/Office ID handling
- Efficient management of Answer Tables to support fare decision processes
- Automate reissues and refunds processes (CAT31/33 filing) to enhance efficiency
- Managing optional services, carrier-imposed fees (YQ/YR, Q-surcharge), and ticketing fees filing
- Act as Hahnair´s representative at key industry meetings including IATA PAG, IATA APMWG, ATPCO Dynamic Offers Design Team, ATPCO 100PCT, and other pricing initiatives.
- You will serve as the ATPCO Point of Contact and Authorizer for our company
About You
- Qualifications & Experience: An aviation industry professional with at least 5 years dedicated to fare distribution and pricing, complemented by ATPCO Fare Manager training. Proficient in automating changes and refunds (CAT 31/33), and highly skilled in negotiating fares (CAT 15 / 25 / 35) and managing sales restrictions (CAT 15).
- Technical proficiency: Excellent knowledge of MS Office and Tableau, with considerable expertise in Amadeus and ATPCO Fare Manager.
- Problem Solving & Adaptability: Innovative problem solver with a solution-driven mindset, adaptable, and eager to learn.
- Communication & Teamwork: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, excelling in a collaborative multinational team environment, ensuring precision and clarity in complex fare distribution tasks.
- Language skills: Business-level fluency in English. Additional language skills are a plus, reflecting our commitment to a global marketplace.

The Commercial Analytics & Development team (CAD) has a broad skillset covering analytics, aviation & travel industry, fare filing and (Airline Revenue) Management. In CAD, you will be part of an ambitious team that investigates and solves complex problems, values a high aspiration mindset, and is intellectually curious. As a Fare Distribution and Pricing Manager you would complete our team´s skillset and play a crucial part in ensuring the success of our products.
