Launched in 2018, Hahnair Technologies provides distribution services to airlines of any business model
looking to expand their indirect ticket sales.
With its product, X1-Air, airlines that used to have limited or no indirect distribution connectivity of their own
are now available under the Hahnair Technologies’ designator X1. Their flights can be by booked by over
100,000 travel agencies in 190 markets. Services of all Hahnair Technologies’ partners can be issued on
Hahnair’s insolvency-safe HR-169 ticket. Among the services offered to airlines are GDS interfaces for
scheduling, fare filing and inventory management.
In addition, Hahnair Technologies serves as an innovation centre and think tank for the Hahnair Group by
exploring and developing the potential of new distribution channels and technologies such as NDC,
blockchain-based providers and mobile solutions.
Hahnair Technologies is a sister company of Hahnair Systems. Both companies are 100% owned by the
Hahnair Group which is an international corporation based in Dreieich near Frankfurt, Germany. The fleet of Hahnair operates out of the airports Dusseldorf and Frankfurt Egelsbach. The Group has offices around the world, including Minneapolis, Montevideo, Casablanca, New Delhi, Manila and Johannesburg.
