How can a passenger book a special assistance request (e.g. seat assignment, special meal request, traveling with pets, etc.)?

Hahnair is not entitled to assist with baggage inquiries as these are determined by the operating carrier. Passengers need to contact the operating carrier directly or contact their (online) travel portal or travel agency.

Hahnair only provides the ticket (= ticketing carrier), it is not the operating carrier of the flight. The contact information of the partner carriers can be found on the Hahnair website www.hahnair.com in the section 'Partner Carriers' by visiting the profile of the respective partner.

For flights of partners of Hahnair Systems (H1-Air) and Hahnair Technologies (X1-Air), you can also check the travel details under mytrip.hahnair.com.
