Travel agents can use the Quick Check tool on the Hahnair website www.hahnair.com to check available payment options in their country.
Travel agents need to inform the passenger that their credit card / bank account will be debited showing Hahnair. If the passenger notes any discrepancy of their credit card or bank account, they need to first contact their bank or travel agency (not Hahnair).
