Hahn Air Systems was one of the three nominated companies for this year's Hessian Export Award 2017. Yesterday, Alexander Proschka, Head of Hahn Air Systems, took home the certificate during the awards ceremony under the patronage of the Minister for Economic Affairs, Tarek Al-Wazir, at the Chamber of Industry and Commerce in Frankfurt, Germany. Hahn Air Systems who facilitates global indirect ticket distribution for air, rail and shuttle operators was nominated in the category "Service and Consulting" in which more than 20 other companies contested.
"We are delighted to have been nominated for this award where our innovative business model has been recognised," said Alexander Proschka. "We were able to gain a strong position within a short period of time in the aviation industry and together with our sister company, Hahn Air Lines, we have grown to become the market leader for sales and ticketing solutions. This nomination is an acknowledgement of our successful implementation of a creative idea through intensive teamwork and successful cooperation with our partners and customers."
The prestigious Economic Prize was awarded for the fourth time by the ten Hessian Chambers of Industry and Commerce, the Hessian craftsmanship and the State of Hesse. 54 companies participated in the competition across three categories this year.
