Hahn Air signed an interline agreement with Air Chathams and thus welcomed it among its 350 partners available for ticketing on the HR-169 document. Air Chathams can now benefit from enhanced sales via indirect distribution channels, in this case Amadeus and Sabre GDSs, used by travel agents worldwide to book the airline’s services and issue tickets via the standard GDS reservation and ticketing process.
Air Chathams was established in 1984 to facilitate transportation to and from mainland New Zealand. Nowadays it serves eight destinations in two countries from Tuuta Airport (CHT). Air Chathams’ fleet consists of an ATR 72-500 and two Saab 340 aircraft.
