Hahn Air announced that it has recently signed an interline agreement with Air Tanzania. The new HR-169 partner joins Hahn Air’s leading network of more than 350 airlines and is available for ticketing under the TC code on the insolvency-safe HR-169 ticket in the Abacus, Amadeus, Sabre, Travelport and TravelSky GDSs. Travel agents can use the standard ticketing and reservation processes of their GDS.
The national airline of Tanzania, Air Tanzania, is wholly owned by the country’s government. Air Tanzania serves 23 destinations in 10 countries from its base at Dar-es-Salaam Airport (DAR). In 2022, Air Tanzania was named "Most preferred airline company in Africa" at Consumer Choice Awards Africa (CCAA).
