Hahn Air has unveiled a short video about its 5W-Rail&Shuttle product where Martin, the smart ticketing agent and company mascot, explains how to issue ground transportation services in the airline display of GDSs worldwide using the reservation code 5W.
In less than two minutes, viewers learn about the process of booking train and shuttle services which would not be otherwise available in the GDSs. Martin offers tips and tricks on how to issue the HR-169 ticket and reminds travel agents of important steps, such as printing a boarding pass prior to the customer’s journey.
